Service Description

We'll begin with a conversation about your challenges, desires, and goals. I will then lead you through a short relaxation and alignment breathing exercise. As I tap into the energy, I will share any information I receive for your highest good. This work is about you being willing to allow me to guide you in shifting your own energy to achieve your desired results. For in person sessions, you will be seated or lying down, fully clothed on a massage table for the session. For long distance sessions, I will ask you to sit or lie down in a quite place.
