Spending time in nature has benefited me by helping me relax, get out of my head, develop my intuition, receive insights about myself, and connect with what my heart needs to express in the world. If you’re interested in finding out what the Forest has to teach you, I invite you to join me on a transformational journey that might change your life in ways you can’t imagine. 1 or 2-Month Program: Begin your journey with 2 Healing/Coaching Sessions & 2 Nature’s Wellness Sessions: $425 You can choose to spread your sessions over 2 months or complete the entire program within a month. Week 1: 60 – 90 minute Energy Healing/Coaching Session Week 2: 2 – 3 hour Forest Therapy Session Week 3: 60 – 90 minute Energy Healing/Coaching Session Week 4: 2 – 3 hour Forest Therapy Session
